I have no idea if it’s my birthday approaching with some bizarre idea that I should be domesticating but I am starting to become OBSESSED with cooking. So tonight ladies and gentlemen from the Novack’s fabulous Beverly Hill’s kitchen..we will be bringing to you LIVE.. Bruschetta Gorgonzola and HONEY ( how’s that for subtle advertising?)
- 1 french baguette
- gorgonzola cheese
- olive oil
How it alllll goes down:
This simple dish is achieved in under 30 minutes and is a perfect snack or starter. Begin by cutting up the baguette into thin slices. Place on baking sheet and spread lovingly some virgin olive oil…
Bake til crispy and golden (10 mins)..

What can I pair this up with, one might ask? To all my overachiever honeybees, we paired it with a Greek Salad and for all the carnivores, Katie’s bf grilled a fabulous steak.
